The units are well-appointed, nicely decorated with lovely views as well as a very comfy bed.

Remote location close to short drive from gorgeous places like Looe, botanical gardens, boat tours and even an intro to sea kayaking and beaches and restaurants and even where to get the best cream tea and pastie, it was in a wonderful area. Also, being within 5 minutes walk from Monkey Sanctuary Trust was convenient for us.

Really good Breakfast

The hosts were cute and chatty. The 'luxurious' Hen room felt cramped with outdated furnishings, and the lack of cleaning services left us with persistent odors. The breakfast offered limited options, and the quality did not meet our expectations, especially considering our dietary restrictions. The location, while picturesque, involved navigating challenging roads, especially during misty weather.

The breakfast here was a proper foodie delight, packed with organic goodies that hit the spot! The local seafood scene nearby is to die for. A culinary adventure awaits!

Now, if we're being picky, the Wi-Fi seemed to have a mind of its own, but honestly, who needs it when you can enjoy Looe's fab atmosphere?

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, car park, and the option to bring my pet make it so convenient. I'll always remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. They're friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend enjoying the delicious breakfast! I can't wait to come back for another trip.

My family and I had a good stay at Penvith Barns. Feeding the animals created lovely memories, and Andrew and Teresa's hospitality shone. Breakfast featured delicious local produce. A minor hiccup with Wi-Fi, but who needs it with such lovely surroundings?

A good stay with our dogs, with a cozy room equipped with a lovely garden area and outdoor seating. The breakfast room was a highlight, great to enjoy homemade yogurt and delicious sausages without leaving our pets behind. Andrew and Teresa's really good hospitality, offering great local recommendations. We'll gladly return.

The Hen House features a private entrance with amazing views from the bathroom window that transform your morning routine. The thoughtful inclusion of a fridge stocked with fresh milk and access to a communal kitchen enhances the homey feel, while the breakfast selection ensures plenty of locally sourced choices.

The spaciousness of some rooms may vary. While Dairy was comfortable, others could feel cozier for those used to tighter quarters. Accessing the garden for animal feeding is a great experience, but it might not appeal to every visitor who prefers less interaction with farm life. Plus, the cozy atmosphere may come off as a tad too intimate for those seeking a more isolated retreat.

The location offered fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room, The Piggery, was clean and cozy, equipped with a small fridge and tea-making facilities. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with perfectly poached eggs and high-quality sausages. Andrew and Theresa were warm hosts, always ready with helpful local recommendations. The interaction with farm animals added a fun and nice touch. The Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable, as it was spotty at times. While the atmosphere was serene, some additional activities would have enhanced the overall experience. It offers a unique and charming stay.
